It has links to the earlier posts that highlighted other features. Here is the latest blog post from Microsoft on the app's newest release so it only talks about features that were added. Do you have access to an iPad that you can use to try it out? And the syncing options for all the other devices that I use operate on a "folder level" - you can browse and open individual files but the sync button that is in the web interface activates a syncing of the folder (and all child objects).
I don't use an iPad but maybe someone else on here does.
